music: I've Got A Dark Alley And A Bad Idea That Says You Should Shut Your Mouth (Summer Song) [Fall Out Boy] -wow, what a title! Man it's been AGES since the last time I post, eh? Have you grown a beard? ...or something. I guess not. Oh well... on with the story... I've been listening to: Fall Out Boy. I'm still amused by their long song titles. Seriously, they have something like this: 'I Slept With Someone In Fall Out Boy And All I Got Was This Stupid Song Written About Me'. Ahahahahahaha how can you not love those guys?? I've been using: Firefox browser. I find it WAYYYY better than IE. It's not only bcuz of the brilliance of tabbed browsing, but I also having a good time downloading the cool themes and extensions. You should try :) I highly recommend it. My favourite extension is: StumbleUpon. I've been trying: Shareaza. Well I was a Limewire user before, but then my firewall killed it, so I was forced to find a new home. Oh man *tears* I miss my Limewire... so much. Shareaza is not bad though. But I guess my firewall is still haunting me... I dunno why, it still blocks even if I've configured the settings etc. I've tried downloading Java, but still my Limewire is dead. Help! Anyone? Oh yeah, one more thing... I found this cool website: PostSecret. What is it? 'PostSecret is an ongoing community art project where people mail-in their secrets anonymously on one side of a homemade postcard.' If you've seen All American Rejects' new video Dirty Little Secret, those postcards in the video are REAL. It's REAL secrets by REAL people. Cool, huh? The secrets get as interesting as: 'I may smile to older people and I'm thinking "Why are you alive and my parents are not?"'. Check this website out, you'll be amazed. That's it for today. |

| » WHAT THE???? |
| Monday, June 20, 2005 @ 01:45 p.m. |
| One of the most controversial Formula One races in history...
"20 cars headed onto the grid but only six started the race as all seven Michelin-shod teams retired at the end of the end of the formation lap. The reason was safety concerns over the available rubber and despite the many efforts a solution to the problem couldn’t be found." .... yeah you read it right. Only six (six, yes, SIX!) cars raced yesterday (oh please, what's the FUN???) ....well, the story behind: "Following Ralf Schumacher's accident on Friday morning, we were advised by Michelin that none of the tyres that were available to the teams could be used unless the vehicle speed in Turn 13 was reduced. Without this Michelin did not consider the tyre to be safe to be used for the race." Read more: Tyre Trouble: Michelin team's statement I watched it last night while I was studying Art History for today's test. Nobody knew what was going to happen. Not even the commentators. I thought they were going to cancle the race completely. But then the team had lined up, so I thought 'oh well they're gonna race whatsoever'. But after one lap, the rest of the cars heading back towards pitstop! I was like, 'WHAT THE????'... ...then I turn off the TV and went to bed. It was so dissapointing. Schummacher, I dont know, do you still feel like a winner? Tsk tsk tsk... But yeah, I thought it'd be funny if the other 5 got problems and left him race alone for the rest of the lap, so just he could enjoy the view... PS: I don't blame Michelin though... I just feel sorry for those fans who'd paid about $100(??) just to see 6 cars go sightseeing around the circuit. Poor people... PSS: Err... Ok 'sightseeing' is probably too harsh since they still had a real tough race anyway... Sorry. |

A day of a waste sitting in the classroom doing absolutely NOTHING when I could be watching Kingdom of Heaven instead... *sigh* _____________ * Nomat = nonton hemat (in Indonesia, every Monday there's a discount in all the cinemas) PS: Sorry I typed 'Sunday' instead of 'Monday' lol |

| Sunday, May 1, 2005 @ 08:49 p.m. |
| "Catch myself/ From despair/ I could drown/ If I stay here/ Keeping busy everyday/ I know I will be OK
Out of reach, so far/ I never had your heart/ Out of reach,/ Couldn't see/ We were never/ Meant to be" -Gabrielle 'Out Of Reach' I read it somewhere: 'If you expect it not to hurt, you wouldn't call it FALL in love'. I wish I could rip my heart out of my chest, wash it with soap till it's clean from the mess you caused, and put it back in.... Do you know how it feels? bright red only thin slices but it kills Do you know how many bandages do I need? None I can pretend But I bleed Do you know why I laugh? Distraction is a bliss And you don't even worth the tears Do you have any idea? No, you don't You don't even know 'me' I don't know how should I feel wreakage or a release I don't wanna choose A battle I can't ever win A papercut That is bleeding /30 April 2005, 24:15 *karena papercut, meski kecil dan tipis, tapi perih.... |

mood: mellow Let me end the night with a quick poem. Here goes... Hey little girl it's a big world you live in danger and dragons on every steps where's your knight? Hey little girl you can pretend but you need someone to heal your troubled heart and cool the fire in your mind a bandage over your invisible wounds but you cant find your knight Poor little girl where are you going? what are you waiting for? you think your knight is not coming Come out of your little shell Defeat the dragons yourself Find the knight in you Oh hell I feel so empty inside after he no longer stays there. But yeah now in my heart there's a 'Space For Rent' sign! lol Ok stop the rambling. Well, sleep tight... =) |

| » Movie Review: Swordfish |
| Thursday, April 28, 2005 @ 01:41 a.m. |
|
I've just watched Swordfish. Starring Hale Berry, John Travolta, and Hugh Jackman.
The opening scene is brilliant, but soon after it moves to the flashback and continues it fails to keep my interest. I dont know why. The action scenes are amazing, but it didnt leave any impression in me. A kind of movie I'd soon forget. Anyway I bought the DVD bcuz I was interested in the synopsis. Heck, it said something about hacking, robbing a back, it screamed a whole lot of action to me lol I also bought Michael Valliant. A movie based on French comic book, about F1 race. I've watched it a while ago on VCD and I kinda like it so I bought the DVD. But I dont realize it's in FRENCH until I get home. And the subtitle sucks. So I dont understand a thing they were talking. But I've watched it before so I've already known the story anyway. My sister is addicted to F1 now. I'm thinking about watch it along with her since it looks fun in Michael Valliant =P just curious whether the real race is as fun. |

| Thursday, April 28, 2005 @ 01:27 a.m. |
|
Today I'm trying to keep my head forward and not look back.
Literally. I try so hard to keep my eyes away from catching a glimpse of they cuddling up to each other. Ouch. Got a papercut on my thumb from putting my A3 workbook into my bag. It's a tiny slice but it hurts. In a vibrating many tiny little pains. That's how it feels to see them cuddling. But the vibrating pain radiating through my chest instead. |

| Ada apa seh dengan para cowo?
Coba yah yang cewe tunjuk jari yang pernah ketemu cowo yang kadang2 baek banget dan kadang2 cuek minta ampun ato nyebelin abis? There are guys who for one moment make you feel like you're just an unimportant tiny little bug, smaller than a dot next to this word... and then the next second they turn nice and make you feel like you're the most important thing beside the last night's soccer result. Are they trying to tell you something by behaving that way? Or is it just an unconsiously thing to do? I think it's in the genes... Do you think so? |
